Where are we located?
We have 2 locations to serve you (Buffalo, New York USA) & (Keswick, Ontario Canada)
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time we don't offer local pickups but may look into this in the future.
How long will it take to ship out my order?
Our average production time is 3-5 business days. It takes time to make your items extra special.
How long will shipping take to be delivered?
Our average shipping is 2-5 business days once your order has shipped depending on your location.
I made an error with the info to engrave what can we do?
If you made an error please contact us ASAP. As long as we have not created the item we can make the changes no problem. If the item has already been created we can usually offer you a replacement at a lower cost.
You made an error with my item what can we do?
We are only human, sometimes we make errors. If we have please let us know and we will create you a new order right away!
I saw something online, can you create it for me?
We always like a good challenge! Send us an email and if we can do it we will let you know.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we sure do. Bulk discounts start at 8 items/sets or more. Just send us a quick email to discuss.
